Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for MetaForge digital subscriptions.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time using Paddle's subscription-management link or by emailing admin@vsyour.com. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the current paid term.
2. Refund requests
Contact us promptly for duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized transactions, or a failure to deliver the service. Other requests should preferably be made within 14 days of purchase. We review them individually based on usage, the issue, Paddle rules, and applicable law. A request does not guarantee a refund.
3. Use of digital services
Where subscription benefits have been substantially used or optimization work has already been delivered, refund eligibility may be limited to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Annual plans and renewals
Annual plans are charged at the annual total shown at checkout. Forgetting to cancel does not itself guarantee a refund. If an unintended renewal has just occurred and you have not continued using the service, contact us immediately for review.
5. Processing
Paddle processes payments as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle, payment networks, and your bank. We will never request full card details through unofficial channels.
6. How to request
Email admin@vsyour.com with your account email, Paddle order or transaction number, purchase date, and reason. Never send a full card number, security code, or password by email.
